What NEC products are available online?

Currently, our published products are mostly brand new and sealed vinyl releases. The goal is to continuously update our inventory to eventually include more media materials and rare collectibles.

Do I need to sign up to order online?

You can still order online even without signing up for an account. However, we recommend that you do so for the full experience. With a registered account, you will be able to personalize your account, review your purchase history and track your current orders.

 

How do I pre-order?

Send us a message over our website chat or through our Messenger account. We will first check the availability of your order before we process your pre-order. No down payment will be needed unless the material is confirmed to be available through our supplier. 

Is it possible to order titles that cannot be found on the website?

It depends whether or not our media suppliers have these titles in stock. What you can do is to fill out our Wish List form, and we’ll try to find the materials for you. We will notify you via email/SMS/Messenger as soon as the items are available for pre-order.

 

How long does it take for my pre-orders to arrive?

For pre-orders and in-transit items, stocks are either still at NEC Washington or on their way to Kamuning. Estimated Philippines arrival is between 8 to 10 weeks after confirmation and payment. We will notify you via email/SMS/Messenger as soon as your items are here.

 

How long does it take for on hand items to be delivered?

Depending on your preferred delivery method and your location, this may take one day to several days.

METRO MANILA: At a flat rate of PhP120 for a maximum of four records per package. Tracking details will be provided.

The 3-5 days lead time pertains to on hand items. 

NATIONWIDE: At a flat rate of PhP220 for a maximum of six records per package. Tracking details will be provided.

The 7-10 days lead time pertains to on hand items.

How come the prices of some items change?

Our published prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may vary due to currency fluctuations, supplier pricing, among other factors. 

 

Can I still cancel orders?

Once items are checked out and paid for they may no longer be cancelled or refunded. 

 

Can I return or exchange items?

Items may only be returned or exchanged if proven to be factory defects or misshipped. In such cases, please email your report and documentation to nwestateandcollectibles@gmail.com and we’ll address your concern as soon as possible. You may also contact us via NEC’s official Facebook and Messenger. 

 

Please be reminded that change of mind as reason for return/exchange will not be accepted.
