What NEC products are available online?
Currently, our published products are mostly brand new and sealed vinyl releases. However we have recently started putting up preloved albums and we will continuously upload our inventory to eventually include audio gear and rare collectibles.

Do I need to sign up to order online?
You can still order online even without signing up for an account. However, we recommend that you do so for the full experience. With a registered account, you will be able to personalize your account, review your purchase history and track your current orders.
How do I pre-order?
Products tagged as “Pre-Order” are materials that are still at NEC Washington. Estimated PH arrival of item(s) is between 8 to 10 weeks after order confirmation and full payment.
To pre-order, go to the product page of the item you wish to purchase then proceed to checkout. You will be directed to the Payment page upon which you have the options to pay via Paypal/Debit Card/Credit Card or via Fund Transfer. Note that full payment is required to confirm pre-order.
You may then choose your preferred delivery method: Standard Delivery if within Metro Manila, Domestic Shipping if outside Metro Manila, Book Your Courier, or Store Pick-up. Delivery of pre-ordered items may take days after PH arrival depending on your selected method.

How come there are duplicate pages of the same product?
To be able to track our product catalogue, we created separate pages for on hand and pre-ordered items. This way, we will be able to accurately account for all available stocks from our PH stores (On Hand), as well as upcoming materials from NEC Washington with ETA of 8 to 10 weeks (Pre-Order). Before checking out, please take note of the items’ availability whether they are On Hand or Pre-Order.

Why is the product image not a match to the product description/title?
There are over 800 listed items in our online catalogue and in some cases there might be inaccuracies when synchronizing web content. We’ll try our best to avoid inconsistencies but if you stumble upon any, feel free to contact us at nwestateandcollectibles@gmail.com so we can review your feedback and address it right away.
Is it possible to order titles that cannot be found on the website?
It depends whether or not our media suppliers have these titles in stock. What you can do is to fill out our Wish List form, and we’ll try to find the materials for you. We will notify you via email/SMS/Messenger as soon as the items are available for pre-order.
How long does it take for my pre-orders to arrive?
For pre-orders, stocks are still at NEC Washington. Estimated Philippines arrival is between 8 to 10 weeks after confirmation and payment. We will notify you via email/SMS/Messenger as soon as your items are here.
How long does it take for on hand items to be delivered?
Depending on your preferred delivery method and your location, this may take one day to several days.

How come the prices of some items change?
Our published prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may vary due to currency fluctuations, supplier pricing, among other factors.
Can I still cancel orders?
Once items are checked out and paid for they may no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Can I return or exchange items?
Items may only be returned or exchanged if proven to be factory defects or misshipped. In such cases, please email your report and documentation to nwestateandcollectibles@gmail.com and we’ll address your concern as soon as possible. You may also contact us via NEC’s official Facebook and Messenger.
Please be reminded that change of mind as reason for return/exchange will not be accepted.
